Wow! A very nice candid shot. The lighting adds a third dimension to your picture. The man was probably underexposed and that could explain the high level of noise around him.

I see that it was taken in France and the angle I was speaking of is the camera angle.....not the level of the image.

Great Shot Penelope.......I love the lighting and the subject. And forgive me this one, but I don't know the name of the tree.......I like the dingle berries hanging from the tree too!
One thing - A complaint I got in the exhibition gallery might be true here (it looks just a little tilted to the right - might be just me?). Great Capture - what Country/City?
