Water meets Land

Seven Sisters, Eastbourne, UK

Taken yesterday (05/03/05) at the famous Seven Sisters stretch of coast. This was at around 5:15 pm, half an hour before sunset. I used my 20D with 17-40 f4L lens. 20 minutes later a storm came in & it started hailing!! I love the unpredictability of the English weather!! I drove 110 miles from home just to get this image (& another 110 to get back) - I think it was worth it though :-)

- ISO 100
- WB 5050K
- Shutter 1/40 sec
- Apperture f16
- Processed in RAW using Phase One's C1

Another beautiful shot of a lovely day. I love the white foam and the sunlit rocks, and can see why you entered both!

Luben, I like this natural rendition of your wonderful IR scene...again so beautifully captured. The chalky hunk of rock on the shore really stands out in this one...a result of so much rain and the action of the sea. This looks like such a magical place to visit...really nice shots to document your find. I think it was worth your trip too :)...& nice to see you again. MFC

A beautiful rendition from the one in the eligible gallery. just cant go wrong with this shot. The nature and capture is lovely as is the colouring . I like the smooth waves upon us in the forground in this one.. ~ Mood evoking~ Irish
