Thanks very much Mike for your comments. This was taken at the Nami restaurant in Toronto. Since you like Japanese food I highly recommend this place if you happen to be in town.

I really like the angled composition of this shot...and the motion of the chef preparing the sushi. Nice choice for B&W. Another good idea, kt. Japanese food is great! MFC
