Pelican at the exact motion of take off

The pelican took off so quickly and so suddenly,
I wasn't able to steady the camera quite as quickly
as I would have liked

Mark, I like how you captured the exact moment of take-off here. I also like the splash of water off the feet...& the position of the wings to become airborn. Nice pelican shot! MFC
