Chris...I took a frosted plastic cup and balanced it on top of a flashlight in a totally dark room, then applied a gradiant in photoship to smooth out the glow of the light. I also managed to catch the reflection off the shiny countertop surface by shooting from above and then cropping out the visible part of the flashlight. glad you enjoyed! it was an experiment - which is what I like about these challenges...regards...keith
