netgarden, the key to this photo is a hidden light source. The bell is positioned on stainless steal cup (because the photo is taken from the top you cannot see the hight difference) and 3 lights are directed at the cup. This results in the grapefruits reflections all around. I had lots of troubles to get this right and I still feel it can be improved.
