The place is Balboa Park in San Diego.
I had another shot of this stairs with slightly different perspective. The composition was more pleasant to the eye, but there was no "frozen water effect" on that one. Eventually I chose the one you see and discarded the first one. And now I regret ;)
There are so many things to learn in the photography world!
bbzippo, I like how the stop-action of the flowing water in this composition contrasts with the concrete form and the steel handrails. Neat subtle color too. Where is this? MFC
