Thanks Simon,it just so happens that I had approximately 7 hours to do the pictures for this challenge,since the afternoon of the 11 Oct I was scheduled for surgery. I took one shot and this was it. Got lucky @ the 60th of a second.

Very very cool. Everything is in sharp focus. Love it!
A little too close for comfort! But a good capture of a spectacular culinary display. You caught the flame perfectly as well as the light it casts on the chef and customers. Helen
