Mike Klemmer

7th (tie)
Pedestal Form*

by Mike Klemmer

Ok, if you don't know by now I am a big toy camera buff. Many
people always wonder about the sprocket holes on my images, and I will tell
you it is no PS trick. 35mm film is loaded into the Holga camera and the
sprocket holes are a normal part of the image process. Of course 120 medium
format film can also be used in the camera without the sprocket holes, but
for some compositions the rectangular image ratio of 35mm is beneficial and
the sprocket holes add a nice finishing touch to the final print. Enjoy!

This image surely has a unique look in many ways. Makes me stare at it and wonder what to think. Very good. I like the sprocket holes too ;) -Arn
