I like the abstract forms here. Interesting capture. Helen

Todd, "I fancied the 90 degree reorientation for the frontal female torsoesque contrast in metal and shadow, and then how it just followed in it's own fracture of receding surfaces of like shapes but quizzleing colors and reflections." <--- wow. That was what was missing from the shot ;) - Simon Bennett.

Hi Todd, I read your explanation of what it was and how you did it but it went right over my head but it sounds good. I admire the way you saw something different from a car bumper and made a twist, very good thinking and a nice image...Rob

Nancy, thanx for your developed comments and interest. These are chrome bumpers on a piece of plywood. I fancied the 90 degree reorientation for the frontal female torsoesque contrast in metal and shadow, and then how it just followed in it's own fracture of receding surfaces of like shapes but quizzleing colors and reflections. Did I just write that? -todd

Todd, I've looked at this photo over and over again, trying to figure out what I'm looking at. Is it a piece of art that someone has done? Is it "found" art-- just a bunch of metal pieces and you happened to see torso shapes? Either way, I'm really intrigued. I like how you cropped this piece. Good eye, Todd. --Nancy
