Todd, I like the mix of textures here. The shadows give depth to the rakehead and tines. Interesting choice that pays off with the mixed detail. - Simon Bennett.

Thanks MFC. I live in Santa Fe, NM, and the sun is relentless at high altitude here, so deep empty shadows midday, with no humidity whatsoever to subtle those shadows.
toddwms, I like all the lines and curves here. Very strong/effective lighting...it makes the shadows work so well too. Nice choice of subject...good mix of textural details. MFC
