Probably not exactly what is thought of by 'wide angle'. I took more interesting shots as well, but this one shows all the paint chips.

thanks for the comments, although after Andy's comment I've replaced the image with an angled shot, I hope they still stand.
I could really have done with a reflector so the shadows weren't so harsh. Adrian

A fun piece, Adrian. Your title adds much sentiment to this clearly loved toy. I particularly like the shadows included in the frame...I think they add strong visual interest to the overall composition. -Michael Puff

Fun title, Adrian...goes well with your subject, chipped away after so much fun and play. I still can't part with a set of small toy cars from my childhood, many chipped like this after all the play...those were the good old, carefree days :) MFC

hi adrian, nice car, lots of detail here. i think you are the first "w" series entry in the challenges ;-) (*) i would prefer a more angled composition, rather than straight on. also, some more lighting, coming from just below the camera, to offset the shadows.
