You have a good photographic eye! Not everyone would imagine to include this steel art structure (?) in the foreground of their image of the building. At first, one would think the structure would detract from an image, especially in such a prominent location in the image but, as it turns out (at least for me) it makes the image even more interesting and gives the viewer a sense of depth and size.
