This is the famous Blue Mosque, or Sultanahmet Camii. Although it doesn't appear to be appropriately named, the tiles in the interior are blue. There was a special celebration going on (with fireworks, which I couldn't get set up in time to capture, much to my dismay) and a light and sound show.
