It's a Eucalyptus leucoxylon subsp. pruinosa (most likely) - Yellow Gum. Native to open forest and woodland in western Victoria, South Australia and south-western New South Wales. The capsules are 12 mm in diameter, the opened flowers about 35 mm. This is the same specimen, FWIW, as represented >here -- RJ
