Well, sice I didn't have an appointment and, after sitting there for two hours waiting for my number to show up on the screen, I got up and pulled the little V1 out of my pocket and snapped this picture, hand held, no flash. The DMV is the department of motor vehicles. I had to renew my driver's license after many years of just being able to mail in the renewal. Eventually you have to go in.
