Thanks, Ann...I am so pleased that you can relate to these conditions. I live in the mountains of North/Central Vermont. Its very changeable in April here. We had already temps in the sixties.
When I took the pic. it was 16 degrees F but in this exposed spot on top of the mountain the windchill factor was about minus 25 F and I couldn't stay out for long, my face was hurting already when I went back to the shelter of my car. Hopefully by the weekend Spring will re-start again ;-)
