I really, really like the street light shining through the branches, looking like the sun...super shot! The spooky silo is awsome, and adds to the shot.

I like this effect a lot, too... very imaginative and has "mood".

HOLY CRAPCAKES....THANKS.....Your kind words are pretty encouraging...You should look around the STF PBASE site and see the other shots... there are some here that make this look like a 3 year old's drawing.....

but thanks alot......LENWOODBLUZ

I really like this image. In particular I like the use of the limited lighting and the silhoette effect of the person.
This photograph invokes a few different emotions in me. First of all, I get the feeling of quiet, wintery solitude, but at the same time it makes me think of a cold walk with the anticipation of reaching home and having a hot cup of steamy cocoa. This last part gives me a comfort feeling. Also, the man (who appears to be advancing) gives me a primal "chill".
This is a fantastic piece. I love how my emotions are conflicting....I fear the man, but am strangly comforted by his presence and surroundings.
I don't know if the photographer is a professional or not, but if he isn't I can honestly say that he is destined for it.
Great piece.....very artistic......two big thumbs up!!!!
