I am always envious of those who can capture these speedy little critters. It sure helps to have a nice big zoom. A very classic composition and the colors are beautiful. Maybe a tad oversharpened particularly along the belly and throat of bird. Beautifully done, my compliments. -- LC (autumnsky)

Carlos, you captured the "rapid movement" of the wings and the "stillness" of the bird's body really well here. Add to that other positives like the colors, the clarity, the background DOF effect, and the simple composition. I think it's a super photo, Carlos...nice capture of a beautiful hummer. MFC

Wow, this is gorgeous! Great example of movement, beautiful color, and perfectly composed. The "S" curve of the bird's body adds even more artistic charm. Wow again! bottles
