Congrats John. I hope my suggestion for cropping the photo assisted in getting you 2nd place. Appreciate if you view my photosite and tell me what you think of it.

Wow John! I just love this one. Love the color and shapes and the fact that I can tell what it is and get a sense of the atmosphere of the place at the same time that I appreciate the beauty of the abstract shapes and wonderful colors. Bravo! Ann C

Very well done, Fremiet...perfectly framed/cropped. The distorted panes make a great collective to look at. Very nice...I like the title too :) MFC

John, what a GREAT photographers eye you have. You seem to have a knack for finding artistic beauty where others may not necessarily be looking. This warehouse window, is a perfect example! Thank you for sharing it with us! Mark J

Alec.....good suggestion. Done. This image was taken pretty much as is across the C and O canal from the towpath. Slight curve adjustment, bit of usm is pretty much it. Shot was handheld with a 70-200L lens...no IS; plenty of light. Fremiet

What an interesting image, Fremiet. Is is caused by old, wavy glass? I really like it. Bev

Interesting image - very sharp, imaginative, perhaps cropping it to the panes will give it more appeal.
