This is a 1 inch scale miniature scene. The delightful elderly couple was created by Ellen Poitras, one of the premier doll makers in the U.S., and stand just 5 1/2 inches tall. The scene was just published in the Dec. 2003 issue of "American Miniaturist" magazine.

A very interesting photo. I have to view it every time I see the thumbnail for some reason. It projects that warm feeling you get arounfd Christmas yet has that added Risque humor to it. Hope I will still have that Smile and reason for it when I'm that old :-) Bill B
