These gates continue in a long long loop through out the hills (Hence it is also called 1000-gates temple), I am not sure how long it takes to walk trough it. It was already dark when I got there, and it was swarmed with mosquitoes, my companions and I were doing raindance while taking this shot to keep the off. If you go to Kyoto, Japan, you can go to this site, about 20 minutes south of Kyoto. I captured the passing tourists on purpose to give the sense of time and space,
