Butch, the poolbuilder, by Peggy

I figured this challenge was not going to be a good one for me -- but wanted to participate anyway. Shot with my CD400 during our pool construction.

I have no idea how they build a pool and I can see the merits of the image by showing the perfect tiles and the builder in action. The thing I am not sure of is whether swinging this white stuff against the walls like that, with some rough covered area's in the back, makes the right professional impression. I would expect a more careful covering of the area or maybe doing the tilework would express a more careful approach, inspire more confidence (as said : I have no idea what is involved, but how many people who want a pool do ?). Peggy, very interesting shot. Those are some REALLY blue tiles! I like the font you chose. It fits the scene very nicely. I also like how you caught that white stuff in mid-air. So do we get to see Butch's finished project?---Deb
