Very compelling image Eric. Fremiet

Eric, the rich golden monotone reaching into the blue sky is really striking. The overall strong vertical lines with the single horizontal corn husk almost centered in the image is a statement in perfection of composition for me. Superb. Michael Puff

I love it! I love the monochromatic quality of the plants against the sky. I have always liked plants that have turned brown in winter. They look more skeletal and elemental. I feel the same way about desert and to me there is a similar feeling. Beautiful! Ann C

nice...I like the contrast of the orange/yellow against the blue sky with just a hint of green in there.
wonderful photo...

Eric, this is really a nice image. The sharpness and clarity of the grasses and corn gives a nice sense of texture, and the colors are rich and vivid. Lisafx

Very nice colors, eric...nice mix of clarity and blur. I really like how you composed this too: main subject uniquely exposed and clear, stalks rising to the sky. Nice image. MFC

Wow. Did you bump the saturation on this image at all? If not then the subject matter is even better than I think it is now! Wonderful composition, excellent DOF. I really, really like this picture. Like "Rain Drops," this image reminds me of the fall; If I had a house, I would probably buy this, frame it, and hang it on my wall around Thanksgiving. Kudos to you my friend.
