Hi, Florg. You have a nice pose here from the cooperating pelican. As an experienced pelican photographer, I would be careful with those wing shadows when you photograph. Since his wings are up and the sun is coming from behind the wings, they are casting a shadow on the pelican body and beak / pouch area. I've made that mistake a zillion times, before I learned to watch for it :-) All you can really do from tihs location is wait for the guy to turn a differnt angle or photograph when the sun is at early afternoon position in the sky (not my favorite time of day to photograph anything) Mark J
