Well you did a great job improvising! In the current condition it is a beautiful image. The water has a look to it I can almost "feel". Cindy

Hi Jim - It's an artificial fog (gradient white on 2 layers, top and bottom). I did that to isolate the subject. It was poorly taken so I had to improvise a bit. Thanks for the comments. -Emnme

Hi EmnmE, Loving this photo... some may say that the sky is a little hot, but it's perfect as far as I'm concerned. It draws me to the ships while also providing some great depth. A very engaging photo. Nice. jim/shutter
