I inherited this watch from my father-in-law. Although it's about 50 years old, it's a self-winding watch. I was surprised that the technology for that had been around so long, because Citizen had recently been extolling the virtues of its self-winding watch as if that was cutting-edge technology. The other notable thing about this watch is the box with the date, notable because there's no way to adjust the date by itself -- you have to wind the watch back or forwards by 24 hours, which can be real pain, especially at the end of February!
