10th Place
Solitaire
by Bev Brink

Solitaire is actually the name of a family of games
(there are hundreds of card versions alone).
This version satisfies "The Official Two Criteria to a Great Solitaire":
One, it is playable in less than 5 minutes;
And two, it demands at least as much skill as luck
(experts can win nearly 100% of the time, raw beginners, 10%).

Bev, I like how you composed this; also,... neat design, good tones/contrast, and an interesting camel figure. MFC

Nice shot, Bev. I really like the contrasting colors and the pattern of the game pieces. I've never seen this game before, but it looks very intriguing.---Deb

Nice shot Bev. I like how you composed the image on an angle, I like the contrast of the black marbles against the game background and, I really like the camel in the composition... the footsteps leading the eye from the bottom right marble. :-) I also like the small reflections on the marbles... they really add something to this for me. Beautifully done Bev. The pattern of the black ovals framing the camel is great work! -Faye
