Once my Favorite

This 2 inch long "Matchbox" Cadillac ambulance still is my favorite...

The image was taken using available light + white paper to reflect it + the on board flash and some more white paper to diffuse/bounce the flash.
I combined 4 images, each with a slightly different focus to compensate for the limited DOF.

1/25s f/4.0 at 19.8mm iso100 with Flash full exif

Excellent macro, Hewey! This looks just great! I have so many favorite hotwheels and matchbox cars. It's really fun because my mom just gave them all to my son. It's so cool to see him playing with my old cars, most of which I have painted over or have started on fire. lol I can really relate to this. Very nice. Jim/shutter

I have a number of "matchbox" cars too, Hewy...none quite so "ancient" looking :)...good idea. MFC
