All frenchies learning english have a hard time understanding why the word "jam" is used in this context ! wierd americans (and english by the way, and australian, and ...)
by the way in french we name that kind of car compression a "bouchon", translation is "cork", because it bother's you as much as a cork on a bottle of wine ...

Great color, and especially texture of the jam. The image feels "sticky" - really conveys the mood of the food, but also conveys the completely abstract and parallel message of how it feels to be in a real traffic jam. A definite "double-take" image for people who think about it a little.
