Thanks MFC. I just made a round selection from the original before I resized it and did copy and then pasted it onto the resized image and it was on a layer so I did Stroke using black for the edge. Then I hand painted the handle. I also used a layer style just on the cotton inside the mag. glass to make the edges a little darker and center a bit brighter.
