A field cross in the bend of a road. In the south of the Netherlands (predominantly Catholic) there are a lot of so called field crosses. They were placed to give people the opportunity to say a prayer when they are working out in the fields. This one is being re-done at the moment and the figurine of Jesus was removed temporarily.
