Interesting jumble of elements, I like it. --Melanie

Thanks guys, this is yet another cellar of the house (I've got 3 of them total). This one was used for fruit/veggie storage and the crates are everywhere and in need for a cleanup. I liked how they appeared with the light entering the window and figured the shot would make a good representation of what the rest of the room looks like.

Ah MCsaba, you're bang-on, that thing beside the hammer is a sickle. I did set up a hammer & sickle shot afterwards on the cement floor but the shot didn't turn out as I had hoped. Will try again, it shouldbe an interesting result if taken in the right settings.

Interesting story! I love the light in this one.

Despite the chaos, I like this image, Martin. The light on the boxes and especially on the old bricks makes for nice textures and contrasts. Even the cock-eyed angle adds to the "casualness" of the image.

A little chaos here (the real one is right on my desktop). What is the circle-formed iron stuff on the right? It looks like a sickle, and together with the hammer it is the famous symbol which appeared also on the Soviet flag. The tilted view and cropped things express a very special feeling. Cheers, MCsaba
