The wines we enjoyed; all were excellent. The one that stands out in memory was a Gevrey-Chambertin '91, so full and with such a well developed nose you didn't really even need to drink it. It was a gift to Jean-Luc and Magali from Magali's father, for which we owe him a debt of thanks.
