The sun came out for a few minutes; I tried to catch the light just right but didn't do it justice. This little creek ran into the larger Avalanche Creek.

As hard as I try to take good pictures with a big digital SLR, heavy lenses, etc., Lynne often does just as well with her little point&shoot Nikon. Just doesn't seem fair, does it? Kinda like saying that if someone buys super-good pots he or she is instantly a good cook!
