PBase is an interesting place - both a photographic display and a community. There is the opportunity to forge relationships and, indeed, friendships through a shared interest in photography and photographic subjects. On rare occasion there is the opportunity to meet face-to-face with these online friends; today was one of those occasions. I met today in Halifax with Rosemary Gallinger and Urs Notter; one from across the country, the other from across the Atlantic. It was a wonderful afternoon spent catching up and getting to know each other. Talking took precedence over photography so the only photography was of the three of us (four if you count Theodore Tugboat).
