This is what a Jag caliper up until the mid '90s should look like - this is what you need to buy. It's been the same from the early '60s XKE up until Ford took over and moved the brakes outboard.
When you buy these calipers, make sure they include the E-brake mechanism as shown in the photo. You will be buying the rebuild kit and pad sets from modern suppliers.
