This is a SCP 398...Kjet...head that I prepped for a B21FT.

The casting date is:

9th day

11th month

1983

The head came off a 1984 B21FT. It was uncracked and unwarped.

I did my usual smoothing and blending of the ports, and lapped the deck so it would sit nicely on a .027in Cometic MLS HG.

...giving me a squish clearance of ~34 thou...

It is working VERY nicely on the B21FTi that I installed it on.
