Neon is wonderful. There are usually a lot of great photo opportunities with it... You can also get up close and photograph interesting 'segments' of neon signs for some great abstract stuff. You will also find that closer makes it easier to do :) The light is bright enough that you can get fast shutter speeds and sharp photos at night... nice PAD :)
