Sometime there is no mystery, you just have to be there at the right time in the right place.
It is what this little girl must have felt when the Mayor of SF (Gavin Newsom) stopped the car to come towards her and shake hands.
Well it sounds like for the picture, I was at the right time in the right place too :)
