My husband had 2 tours on top of the hill in the 1970s. We have several pictures just like this one only they are in the daylight. He has very fond memories of his time there.

Hello, I was stationed in Sinop, Turkey from 1985 to 1986. When I lived there, the view from my window was exactly like the photograph on your web page. I lived on the top hill of Sinop. Thank you for posting it to your web site. It brings back a lot of fond memories. David
