like precious beads - there is something wonderfull evocative about these berries...a dream of bounty and completeness and a readiness to settle in for the winter - rest from summer and enjoy the fruits of our labor...(as coming from someone whose winters last from October to April and whose summer runs from Mid-May to the end of September-winter is a different thing when temps often run sub-zero)... :)

I saw the thumbnail and said out loud "ooh nice soft touch!". But then clicked on it saw that Steven had beaten me to the comment. Love the depth of colour here with the hints of purple coming in at the bottom.
