Shoulder Update:
Grade Two Shoulder Separation with Partial tears. The Doc says that my progress to date is EXCELLENT! Good News, looks like no surgery required.... bad news... it could take 6 to 8 weeks to gain back full function.

Photo is Soap Lake in the Okanogan.... Been Kicking with my Board to keep fitness... How many times do you go to a nice warm lake to swim and find that you are the only ones there????
