A Bountiful Harvest

Blackberry, Grape, Peach, and Raspberry Jam.... Raspberry and Blackberry Vinegar (think vinaigrette) Spicy Cucumber Slices, and Super Spicy Dilly Beans.... I grew, harvested, and canned all of this bounty (except the blackberries which grow wild), and am now packaging to send off in Christmas Gift Boxes.

Yummm, out of all the things, I truly miss the wild blackberries of Oregon. They don't have them up here. So good to munch when I was out camping. Great holiday photo! Ron
