I took this photo a month ago of a copy editor at work wearing sunglasses to see
against the glare as the morning sun shines in the third-floor windows of the newsroom. Remodeling
of the newsroom was recently completed and they took down the blinds on the windows with plans
to replace them with dark , transparent film. Well, they put the film up last week and it sorta works ...
or maybe it's time for plan B as you can see from this other photo I took on Friday:
