Finally a FourthJust when it looked like we were only going to have three eggs this year, Princess and Trey let us in on their little secret. Egg number four was probably laid on the 24th. All four eggs should hatch within a couple of days. The hatch date count began the day egg number three was laid and twenty-eight to thirty-three days is the standard incubation range. So estimated hatch date is May 22nd, give or take a day or two on either side. Could be earlier if they actually began incubating earlier than egg three (kind of looked like it) but probably after the 22nd as this pair seem to incubate longer than 28 days, unlike other Radisson pairs.Peregrine Falcon Recovery Project (Manitoba) |
