Proud of Number ThreeThis morning finds a new addition in the nest and two proud parents. These first three eggs have been laid 48 hours apart, the typical laying interval between eggs. Usually incubation begins at this point and if there is a fourth egg laid, it should be laid in the next 24 hours. We won't see the fourth egg (if there is one) unless the birds are changing places during incubation.Peregrine Falcon Recovery Project (Manitoba) |
