The 2011 Hike

In & out of the clouds. Smaller group this year. We had 9 hikers, 2 train riders, 2 that ventured on the auto road.
A bridge was out on Rt302 so we had to travel around the mountain via the north route (drive). With that in mind, we decided to hike to the other side (Pinkham Notch) since the train riders needed to go by it anyway. We went down Lion Head to Tuckerman's. It was very tiring.
