This is my brother Gary and his little dog Saba Lace. Even for a Terrier, she is tiny and weighs at most 5 lbs. Most of the reason is, she never stops. She loves walks and will play all day given the chance. Taken late in the evening, the shutter speed was slow (1/30 second) so while Gary was still, the little dog was not at all.
