Arizona : Morning Oak with Poppy

Southern Arizona, Dragoon Mountains

A field of early morning poppies wet with dew. This is the shot we were looking for light wise with this Oak. Too bad the cool clouds moved away.

I love the wispy clouds, they mirror the grass. The prominent tree marries the land and the sky beautifully. What a relaxing composition. It looks like the perfect place for a picnic. This is a great picture.
